Welcome to the Close to my Heart February Stamp of the month Blog Hop. If you'd like the whole list of hoppers, you can go to Kathleen's Blog for the list. All of the blogs you will visit are Close to my Heart Consultant.
If you just happened upon my blog, and want to follow along, you can start with me and when you go around to all of them and get back to me again, you'll know you saw all the fabulous artwork.
If you came here from Teri's Blog, you're on the right track.
Here is the fabulous stamp set we are featuring. This set has so many possibilities. It makes the most beautiful background papers and the sentiments are fantastic.
From here, you will hop on over to Debra's Blog to see her fabulous artwork.
We all would love if you would take a few moments to leave is a comment. It would really make our day!
The sketch I used isa from 365 Cards
My card is made using the Sweetheart paper pack and the velvet ribbon from Cherry-O Creative Basics.
I used a technique called Faux Dry Embossing for the corner pieces. To do this, you stamp with white or colonial white pigment ink. Dry it with the heat tool, then over stamp slightly off-set using the same color ink as the cardstock.
My picture doesn't show it up as well as in person.
Thanks for hopping with us.
