Perfect Day - Humble Artists Swap Card

Here is my April Swap card for the Hunble Artists Group.

I used the Perfect Day Stamp Set along with paper from Florentine and Footloose Paper Packs.
Stamping was done with the ghosting technique.

Studio J Layout #5

Here is my last layout from the training layouts we were givin to make for our Leadershare program last month. This layout was to teach us how to take one photo and to put that same phot into all six of the photo wells on the bottom right page. The you enlarge each one and move them around so they all match up to look like one big photo. This is SO EASY to do even though it looks complicated.

Here is the fourth Layout I made for our Leadershare two weeks ago. The Cruisin digital papers and Stickease were used for this.

Perfect Day

Here is the second card for my May Workshops and clubs. I used the Perfect Day Stamp Set from Close to my Heart. I stamp-lifted this card from my  good friend Debbie. I just changed it around slightly. The color I used is Pacifica.

Friendship Bouquet

Here is one of the three cards my club is making this month. It is from the May Stamp of the Month called Friendship Bouquet. The sunflower was colored in with ink pads and a blender pen.

Studio J Layout #3

Here is my third layout I made using the fabulous Studio J Digital Scrapbooking from Close to my Heart.

This layout is of three of my youngest Son's boys. 
Would you believe I made the argyle borders just by dragging a test box over, sizing it and turning it into a diamond, then adding stitching to make the X in each and then a copy and paste technique to fill in the border. SO MUCH FUN!!!


This digital paper is from the Super Hero papers new in this Spring/Summer Catalog.

Friendship Bouquet 3 from 1

Last week at my unit meeting, Jolene treated us with the supplies to make three gift cards from one of the Close to my Heart 6x6 Kraft cards. We used the Stella papers for those cards. I was planning on making these with my club this month but knew I wanted to feature the May Stamp of the Month, Friensdhip Bouquet, for them. So, I changed the papers to Pemberly since I like the Honey and dark blues together.
The flowers and the flourish stem were cut from the CTMH exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge.

The flowers were cut at 2.5", 2.25", & 2". The center was cut at 1". The flourish was cut at 1". Each flower was stamped with Honey and the center was stamped with Gold Rush. The edges were sponged with Goldrush. The leaves were stamped with Olive on Garden Green Cardstock, cut out, then run though my crimper. I sure wish we still still carried the crimper in the catalog. I could have sold a few of them last night at my club.

Studio J Layout #2

My layout today is the second of the training layouts I did for Leadershare. This layout taught us how to split the Digital My Stickease Embellishments on two pages and how to layer them throughout or pages.
We also used the metal embellishments for the top of the journaling box. 

I used the Pemberly papers for my layout. Now, if you are familiar with the Close to my Heart papers, you will know that the Pemberly papers are shades of dark blue. With Studio J, digital scrapbooking, you can change the colors of your favorite paper designs to any of our 60 colors to match your photos. I changed the Blues to Pink.

I also incorporated two separate Journal boxes to use two different fonts for the title.
