Garden Tags and Yellow Boots - 3rd Class Card for June

Here is the 3rd and last of my Class Cards for June.

This set uses a combination of FIVE different stamp sets. I think it's necessary to learn to use more then one stamp set on your projects. It gets you out of a rut you may be in when not feeling creative.

The first set of called Garden Tags. This is a BEAUTIFUL stamp set and is the June Stamp of the month.
I used the single daisy stamp to stamp a background on Candy Apple Red Cardstock with Candy Apple Ink.  I also added the splotches from the "A Million Little Things" Stamp Set.

Then I stamped the Boots from "Make A Splash" on the light side of Lemonade Cardstock with Intense Black ink, then stamped the dots with Ruby Ink.

The flowers coming out of the boots are from the "Mason Jar Bouquet" Stamp Set and fussy Cut. This set does come with thin cuts to die cut them out, But, I forgot to order them.

The Sentiment is from the "You're Not Getting Old" Stamp Set.

Hello Ladybug - June Class Card #2

This card was made using the Hello Ladybug Stamp Set and matching Ladybug Window Thin Cuts.
I was going to make a shaker card out of this for my class, but i'm still not open for holding classes. They just get the stamped images to put the card together at home.

I used an old retired cloud stencil to make the clouds, but a stencil can be hand made to accomplish the same look.

The tiny ladybugs were cut on the Cricut using the CTMH Stitched Together Cricut Collection.

Welcome to the Joyful Stars Blog Hop

If you've come here from Joyce Gough's Blog, then you are on the right track. If you've just happened upon my blog, just keep hoping until you get right back here.

My card today uses Yesterday and Today Papers and Cardmaking Stamps

The Rose and Leaves were stamped with Expresso Die Ink then sprinkled with Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder
If this is done with a juicy pad and right after stamping, the gold EP makes the ink a softer color with a little sparkle to it. Unfortunately, I couldn't capture this in the photo.

The Happy Birthday is from the Sentiments Stamp Set by Melissa Esplin

Strips of Gold Glitter Paper adorn the top and bottom as well as punched circles which were topped with Liquid Glass

The bow was made by pulling apart the long time retired wide burlap ribbon.
